The farm Ozombusomassa is a pristine hunting area of over 25000
ha and is situated in the Okahandja District, approximately 150km
North of the capital Windhoek, Namibia.
This beautiful savannah landscape is home to healthy populations
of various antelope, such as Eland, Kudu, Oryx, Red Hartebeest,
Black Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Springbuck, as well as Warthog,
Duiker, Steenbuck and Damara Dik-Dik. Also to be seen (if
lucky) are predators like cheetah, leopard and hyena.
Your hosts, Willem and Elmarie Tromp, are the second generation
living with their parents on the farm. Our main agricultural activity
is cattle farming. The game is a beautiful addition to the
main cattle ranching which we want you as visitors to enjoy.
Please note that we only take a limited number of hunters per year
(4 groups) and respectively only one hunting party at a time to guarantee
continuous quality and an unforgettable & successful hunting
experience.
For those, who want to explore more of Namibia's landscapes &
tourist attractions, a guided 4X4 tour to any destination of your
choice within the country can be arranged on
request. All major tourist attractions are
within half a day's drive from the farm. |
